FREE Hi-Q Recorder is a free sound recorder. There are no limitations on recording time. FREE Hi-Q Recorder looks nearly identical to Easy Hi-Q Recorder and shows all of it's advanced features. But not all features are available. FREE Hi-Q Recorder will record to MP3 Constant Bitrate (CBR), Stereo or Mono. The MP3 bitrate range is 8 to 96 Kbps. The additional recording formats WMA 9, OGG, WAV and the advanced features referred to below only apply to Easy Hi-Q Recorder.
